People looking for a lawyer in Vienna usually call directly or book an appointment online. The campaigns were meant to bring more of these inquiries and avoid searches on topics the firm does not handle, such as debt collection for debtors or asylum law.
First, we switched tracking to the Google Ads tag. Since then, clicks on the phone number and email address as well as online appointment bookings each count as an inquiry. In addition to the campaign for general searches for a lawyer in Vienna, separate campaigns were created for divorce, criminal law and real estate law. We manage bids by cost per inquiry and gradually increase the budget where inquiries are generated most cost-effectively. We exclude search terms for areas of law outside the firm's practice.
In May 2023, 114 inquiries came in via Google Ads, compared with 66 in May 2022, an increase of 73%. After the daily budget was increased in November 2023, the campaign for general lawyer searches achieved 30% more inquiries. In July 2025, inquiries rose by 37% to 89 with almost the same budget.
