Process

From initial consultation to grant, we proceed in four steps.

  1. 01 / Initial consultation

    We clarify with you which consulting you need and whether your company meets the requirements.

  2. 02 / Application

    You submit the application online to BAFA before you sign a contract. We prepare all the information for it with you.

  3. 03 / Consulting

    After approval, we advise you. In the end, you receive options with effort and expected impact, on which you decide.

  4. 04 / Grant

    After the consulting, you receive the consulting report. With it, you submit the proof of use, and the grant is paid into your business account.

Who can apply for the funding?

Companies and freelancers based in Germany that have been in business for at least one year, with up to 250 employees and no more than €50 million in annual revenue or €43 million in balance sheet total.

How much is the funding?

Up to €2,800: 80% in the eastern and 50% in the western German states. BAFA decides on the funding.

Which consulting services are funded?

Consulting on digital marketing, such as SEO strategy, AI visibility and Google Ads. Analysis and recommendations are funded, not implementation.

Do we have to pay in advance?

Yes. You first pay for the consulting in full. BAFA pays out the grant after reviewing the proof of use.

What does the consulting cost?

The consulting costs €3,500. With funding, it is €700 in the eastern and €1,750 in the western German states.
