Finding the best Google Ads agencies in Germany for your company

Eight providers at a glance and the criteria for your selection

Research as of: November 20, 2025

Which Google Ads agency is right for your company? That depends on whether you want to win more qualified inquiries, make an online shop more profitable or have campaigns managed in several countries. What matters is how well the agency's offering fits your business model, your budget and your internal team.

This guide presents eight agencies based on their publicly described services. You will also learn which questions help you compare offers meaningfully.

UnitedAds offers companies the planning, management and optimization of their Google Ads campaigns. The described range of services includes conversion tracking, regular reporting and personal contacts. If you include UnitedAds in your selection, we will discuss your goals, your ad budget and the required scope of support with you. This lets you review our offer against the same criteria as those of the other agencies presented here.

Transparency: This article is published by UnitedAds. UnitedAds itself offers Google Ads management and is included in the overview. This is a selection from a provider's perspective, not an independent agency test.

How this selection was made

For this overview, publicly accessible service pages of eight agencies operating in Germany were analyzed. Providers with an explicitly described Google Ads offering were included. The selection reflects different service profiles, including ongoing campaign management, audits, Google Shopping, web analytics and support for internal teams. It is not complete and does not claim to cover all suitable providers.

The order is alphabetical. No test assignments were given and no internal account data or client results were independently checked. The service information comes from the agencies themselves. The notes on selection are our editorial classification; they are not a measured quality rating. No conclusion about an agency's quality can be drawn from its inclusion or non-inclusion.

The table summarizes the offerings researched. It does not rate either the actual quality of management or the campaign success to be expected.

adseed

adseed describes an SEA offering with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and YouTube Ads. For Google Ads, the agency lists, among other things, audit and potential analysis, performance optimization and full-service management. Google Shopping CSS and Google Ad Grants are also listed. [1]

Question for your selection: Do you need ongoing management or an initial assessment first? Have the offer state which analysis, implementation and performance review are part of the agreed scope.

Aufgesang

Aufgesang lists strategic planning, consulting and operational implementation for Google Ads. The service page describes search ads, Shopping, Display and YouTube as well as reviewing the website and tracking before the campaign launch. Regular reporting and meetings are also mentioned. [2]

Question for your selection: How are insights from web analytics translated into concrete changes to campaigns and budget? Ask for an example of how a typical month of management runs.

Bloofusion

Bloofusion offers ongoing SEA management, account audits, workshops, training and feed optimization. As managed advertising platforms, the agency names Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Amazon Ads. It thus describes both operational support and offerings for building knowledge within the company. [3]

Question for your selection: Which tasks should the agency take on, and which stay with your team? Clarify how consulting and implementation work together day to day.

morefire

morefire aims its Google Ads offering at companies in B2B, lead generation and e-commerce, among others. Audits, strategy, campaign setup and ongoing optimization are listed. For Google Shopping, the agency names the creation and optimization of product feeds. A setup with subsequent handover to the client team is also described. [4]

Question for your selection: Do you want to outsource permanently or take over yourself after the setup? Ask for an explanation of what documentation and handover look like in your project.

Projecter

Projecter describes SEA services for e-commerce, B2B and lead generation. The offering includes full-service management, audits, YouTube campaigns, internationalization as well as Google Shopping and feed management. For international projects, the agency names the localization of accounts and developing a strategy for the target countries. [5]

Question for your selection: With several countries, who is responsible for language, market specifics and budget allocation? Define these responsibilities in the offer.

Smarketer

Smarketer puts Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising at the center of its agency offering. The service page also names Google Shopping as well as analytics and tag management. The described offering is aimed at both service providers and online retailers. [6]

Question for your selection: Which services are part of the ongoing fee, and which are charged additionally? Discuss this especially for tracking, product data and other advertising channels.

UnitedAds

UnitedAds describes Google Ads management with campaign management, conversion tracking and reporting. The service page also names server-side tracking, feeding back closed deals from the CRM and dedicated contacts. UnitedAds is also the publisher of this article. [7]

Question for your selection: Which inquiries or sales should count as success? Agree on how campaign performance and the quality of the contacts gained are evaluated together.

webnetz

webnetz describes consulting and management for Google Ads, Google Shopping, the Google Display Network and YouTube Ads. The services named range from analysis and strategy development to creating and optimizing campaigns and regular reporting. Operational or strategic support is also listed. [8]

Question for your selection: Do you need occasional support or full management? Write down who prepares, approves and implements decisions.

How to recognize a suitable Google Ads agency

The agency understands your business success

Before the first conversation, describe what Google Ads should achieve for your company. For an online shop, this may be additional profitable orders. For a B2B provider, what counts, for example, is how many qualified sales opportunities arise and which of them become customers.

Ask the agency to explain the metrics it proposes. More conversions help you little if they mostly contain contacts your sales team cannot use. So define together what counts as a qualified inquiry or an economically sensible sale.

The proposed team has relevant experience

Ask about projects with a comparable business model, budget and sales process. A well-known client name alone does not answer this question. What is interesting is the starting point, the specific assignment and the agency's contribution to the result.

With case studies, you should ask about the time period and the basis for comparison. Also clarify whether higher budgets, seasonal demand or changes to the shop contributed to the result. Get to know the people who will actually manage your account.

Measurement and account access are clarified

Before launch, have it checked whether the agreed goals can be meaningfully measured. In lead generation, you should discuss how feedback from sales can be taken into account. For a shop, topics such as handling returns and the revenue values used belong in the conversation.

Also agree on your administrative access to the ad account and relevant analytics systems, as well as the process for a later handover. You should be able to see what data is available and what changes have been made.

The offer explains the ongoing work

A good offer makes visible which tasks the agency takes on. Depending on the project, these include campaign maintenance, search term analysis, budget management, tests or work on product data. Clarify how often you discuss results and who is reachable when problems arise.

Ask the agency to explain what it wants to review and work on in the first 90 days. Traceable priorities and well-founded assumptions are more helpful than blanket promises of success.

Costs and contract terms are comparable

Request an offer that shows the agency fee, one-time setup, ad budget and possible additional costs separately. Also compare minimum term, notice period, scope of services and handover arrangements.

No price ranking was created for this article. The published offerings differ in scope; no reliable comparison of total costs for the same project can be derived from them.

What Google Partner status tells you

In the Partners program, Google distinguishes between members, Partners and Premier Partners. Partner status has requirements in the areas of performance, spend and certifications. Premier Partner status is awarded annually to the top three percent of participating companies in each country. Google considers, among other things, client growth, client retention, product diversity and managed ad spend. [9, 10]

For your selection, the status can be an additional indication. However, it does not replace reviewing the specific team and the scope of services offered. The program criteria do not guarantee the profitability of your campaigns. Premier Partner status is also not an independent test of all Google Ads agencies in Germany.

How to create your shortlist

First choose three agencies whose described offering fits your task. Send them all the same information: business model, target markets, monthly ad budget, previous results, existing measurement and internal responsibilities.

Then ask for answers to these questions:

  • Which comparable tasks has the proposed team already handled?
  • Which metrics should reflect economic success?
  • What will be reviewed and implemented in the first 90 days?
  • Which tasks and costs does the offer cover?
  • What information and involvement will be needed from our team?
  • How do account access, termination and handover work?

The best Google Ads agency for your company is the one whose experience, approach and support fit your task. Use the overview as a starting point and make your decision based on concrete conversations and comparable offers.
