Legally independent commercial or skilled trades companies can, as beneficiaries, benefit from advisory services if they meet the following requirements:
● less than 100 employees
● Previous year’s sales or balance sheet total of a maximum of EUR 20 million
● Permanent establishment or branch in Germany
● Eligibility according to the de minimis regulation
