- Responsibility for our teams for the areas of SEO
- Development and management of our account managers
- Selection of personnel and hiring of new colleagues
- Conception, planning and follow-up of our customer projects
- Implementation of new strategies and sustainable further development of project management processes
- Carrying out market, competition and trend analyses
- Reporting of key figures and targets to the management
Responsibilities / Main tasks
- You have at least 3 years of experience in SEO (in-house or in an agency)
- You have already independently managed larger SEO projects and proactively developed your area of responsibility
- Dealing with common SEO and web analytics tools is part of your daily business
- Traceable track record of successful customer projects
- Professional appearance and leadership skills
- Experience in sales of SEO desirable
- Experience with content management systems
- Confident use of the common web analysis tools
- Very good German and English skills
- The will to learn and develop yourself further
- The discipline to do tasks independently
